Coercive Force Meter (Coercimeter)

DX-320HC Coercive Force Meter adopts a vibration sample zero flux detection sensor, with high sensitivity and accuracy.  It can test samples by operating the panel under the condition of a stand-alone machine and also test by upper computer software control.

Application Fields of Coercive Force Meter:

  1. Magnetic flux measurement: Adopting the magnetic flux signal of gradient magnetic field zero-crossing detection method, high signal resolution is guaranteed through intelligent dynamic shifting and digital amplification technology.
  2. Magnetic field measurement: Obtain magnetic field strength by measuring magnetizing current, with a minimum resolution of 0.01A/m. Dynamic and smooth shifting of power supply meets large current output and guarantees high measurement resolution and accuracy.
  3. Measurement technology: DX-320HC high magnetic field coercivity measuring instrument (test host) adopts ARM control technology, multiple signal processing algorithms, fast fuzzy algorithm, digital filtering algorithm, and intelligent ΔB control technology. While ensuring full magnetization and demagnetization of samples, it has extremely high test efficiency.

Test items:

  1. Test sample types: soft magnetic materials such as electrical pure iron, silicon steel sheets, iron-nickel alloys and martensitic stainless steel; hard alloys, semi-hard magnetic materials;
  2. Test sample shapes: strips, sheets, rods and various special-shaped samples;
  3. Can directly measure the coercive force of soft magnetic parts such as relays, solenoid valves, magnetic heads, leakage switch protectors and magnetic labels;
  4. Test range: 0.5~10000A/m;
  5. Sample size: maxΦ45mm*150mm.

Applicable standards

  1. GB/T 3656 Method of measurement of the coercivity of electromagnetic pure iron and soft magnetic alloys;
  2.  GB/T 13888 Method of measurement of the coercivity of magnetic materials in an open magnetic circuit;
  3.  IEC 60404-7 Magnetic materials -Part 7: Method of measurement of the coercivity (up to 160 kA/m) of magnetic materials in an open magnetic circuit.

Measurement software

  1. The measurement data displayed in the current measurement data bar can be exported in the EXCEL format;
  2.  The measurement graph can be displayed, and the demagnetization curves in two magnetic field directions can be displayed after the sample test is completed;
  3.  The data table can display information such as ID, product batch number, Hc, Hm, tester, date and notes;
  4.  Supports qualified judgment, and the qualified range can be preset. When the measurement result exceeds the range, the data is marked in red;
  5.  Can query by measurement time or record parameter search; the record parameters include the record parameters entered in "product batch number", "tester" and "notes".
