Micro MOKE Magnetic Measuring Instrument

The miniature MOKE magnetic measuring instrument is a portable instrument independently developed by Dexinmag Company. It occupies a small area and is sensitive and fast. It can meet the rapid and non-destructive testing of various magnetic thin film materials in laboratory research and industrial production.
For the optical response of different magnetically anisotropic materials, our instruments adopt an integrated solution, without any external instruments, displays and other accessories, customers can quickly complete the measurement of hysteresis loops.

 

 

Features:


1. The scanning method is flexible, and fast scanning and fine scanning can be performed according to customer needs;
2. Highly focused laser can easily detect the performance of local or single structure of the sample;
3. Built-in test result saving function, which can record the test spectrum and scanning point results;
4. It comes with a sample holder with sample fixing function, which can be tested by inserting it with the positioning function of the sample holder;
5. The instrument is highly integrated, and all components are integrated inside the instrument, which is convenient for customers to use and place;
6. The test program is designed based on the LabVIEW program, and the interface is simple and easy to use (insert the sample → start measurement → output the result), which simplifies the customer's experience to the greatest extent;
7. The instrument is equipped with two input modes of touch screen and keyboard and mouse for customers to choose flexibly;
8. The instrument is equipped with rich external ports, such as USB, high-definition ports, and network ports.

 

 

Device parameters:


1. Sample size: maximum 10 mm*10 mm fragments, larger samples can be negotiated and customized; can be expanded to 2 inches;
2. Magnets: bipolar magnets are used;
3. Magnetic field: the rated maximum output magnetic field is 650 mT (higher magnetic field can be coordinated and customized); the direction of the magnetic field is perpendicular to the membrane surface;
4. Quick test: select the fast scan mode, the magnetic field strength is -20mT to 20mT, and the step size is 1mT. It only takes 45s from loading the sample to the completion of the test; it only takes 30s from the start of the click to the completion of the test;
5. Magnetic field resolution: 50 μT;
6. Magnetic detection sensitivity: the detection degree of Kerr rotation angle is better than 0.8 mdeg;
7. Air gap: 6 mm;
8. Machine size length*width*height: 510*360*392mm.

Using the magneto-optical Kerr effect to measure the hysteresis loop has the advantages of fast speed, high precision, non-contact, and no damage (no additional processing of the sample is required), and can obtain the coercive force, saturation magnetic field and remanence of magnetic materials.
