DXMP Series Bipolar Constant Current Power Supply
Product Overview:
The output current of the power supply can continuously change between the positive and negative rated current extreme values, and the current smoothly and continuously crosses zero, allowing the electromagnet or coil to generate a smooth and stable magnetic field.
With the company's high-precision Gaussmeter and probe (optional), the power supply can work in magnetic field mode. In the magnetic field mode, you can directly set the magnetic field value, and the power supply will adjust the output current to make the electromagnet quickly reach the set magnetic field, which is convenient and fast, and the magnetic field is stable.
The field can be controlled individually at will, or the magnetic field can be scanned continuously.
The current mode and magnetic field mode can be switched at any time according to needs, and the operation is flexible.
Features:
1. The output current of the bipolar constant current output source can continuously vary between positive and negative rated current extremes.
- The current smoothly crosses zero without breakpoints and non-switching commutation;
- Output current and voltage four-quadrant operation (suitable for inductive loads);
- The current change rate can be set in the range of 0.0007~0.3 F.S./s (F.S. is the rated output current extreme value);
- AC input, single-phase 220V±10% (50Hz/60Hz) or three-phase 380V±10% (50Hz/60Hz);
- The output voltage range is 0 - ±200V, the output current range is 0 - ±1000A, and the maximum output power is 200KW.
2. High current stability and low ripple.
- Current stability: better than ±50ppm/h (standard type); better than ±5ppm/h (high stability type);
- Current accuracy: ± (0.01% set value + 1mA);
- Current resolution: 20 bit, for example 15A power supply, current resolution is 0.03mA;
- Source effect: ≤ 2.0×10-5 F.S. (output current change when supply voltage changes by 10%);
- Load effect: ≤ 2.0×10-5 F.S. (output current change when load changes by 10%);
- Current ripple (RMS): less than 1mA.
3. Two output modes.
- Current mode: directly set the current in the magnet or coil;
- Magnetic field mode: directly set the size of the magnetic field in the magnet or coil;
- Closed loop adjustment mode, constant magnetic field value;
- Note: The magnetic field mode needs to be matched with our company's high-precision Gaussian meter and probe.
4. Two modes of operation.
- Local control adopts high-definition touch screen display and operation;
- The remote can be controlled by the computer through RS232 interface, RS485, LAN and USB are optional.
5. Multiple protection functions.
- Input power supply power-off protection (when the input power supply is powered off, internal protection absorbs the inductive load back feed energy);
- Overcurrent protection (automatic current reduction, uncontrollable overcurrent will shut down the power output and alarm).

Remarks
- Current stability refers to the relative change in current under the conditions of full-scale current output, power supply preheating time greater than 30 minutes, and measurement time no less than 1 hour.
- Basic testing software is provided free of charge. (Remote input current, set magnetic field) Additional functions need to be charged separately!
- The output ripple of the current is the effective value of the AC component of the output current measured using KEITHLEY2700.
