We supply some kinds of refrigeration industry special used production line and some kinds of auxiliary equipment such as single/double angle welding machines, automatic/ semi-automatic welding machines, gasket machines and so on.
Processing Flow:
The PVC modified material is mixed with no more than (3%-5%) crushed material and is manually stirred — automatic drying and loading machine — the extruder hopper is plasticized and extruded by the extruder, and formed through the extrusion die — The shaping mold is cooled and finalized — enters the circulating water tank for cooling — compressed air blows away the water — traction machine pulls — automatic drilling through the punching machine and punching mold — traction auxiliary machine — angle cutting machine for 45° precision Corner cutting — the robot automatically takes away the material — the finished door seal disc is manually removed.
