Working principle


Put liquid nitrogen into the liquid nitrogen chamber inside the cryostat, keep the heat leakage of the cold finger stable at a certain value by adjusting the gap between the temperature control plug and the cold finger, and then adjust the heating output power through the DXTC-290 temperature controller so that The temperature of the cryostat changes rapidly between 80K-600K and can quickly stabilize to a certain set value; in addition, if the cryostat is equipped with a step-down option, the temperature of the cryostat can be reduced to 65K , and stabilized at 65K.

Selection instructions The electrical measurement liquid nitrogen cryostat is equipped with an electrical 8-core measurement connector, which can be expanded to 32 cores. The wires can be ordinary enameled wire, PTFE wire, low-temperature phosphor bronze wire, low-temperature coaxial wire, etc. In addition, the cryostat has a compact structure and is suitable for use with magnets. Complete electromagnetic testing of sample materials, resistivity, magnetoresistance, Hall effect, etc.

Remark:

 

1: All electrical cryostats are equipped with two connectors when they leave the factory. One is a connector used for installing the temperature sensor and heater, and the other is an electrical connector prepared for electrical measurements. When more electrical test wiring is needed When necessary, you need to add mounting holes or install one or more Breakout Boxes.
2: Among the cryostat electrical connector options, there is the T90-S option. This option is the joint box shell installed on the option that is integrally connected together to form a ground. The other is the T90-PTEF option. This option is The shell and the installed connector are connected with PTFE insulation, and the electrical properties of the shell and the connector are independent of each other. This issue should be paid attention to when selecting.
3: 700K high temperature thermostat can be customized.
4: Pressure reduction accessories option. The standard thermostat itself does not have special pressure reduction means. When a low temperature of 65K is required, corresponding pressure reduction accessories need to be configured.

 

Using liquid nitrogen as the cooling medium, the electronic liquid nitrogen thermostat can quickly cool down to liquid nitrogen temperature (about 20 minutes). 
It is suitable for use with electromagnets. Complete electromagnetic testing of sample materials, resistivity, magnetoresistance, Hall effect, etc.
