Vacuum Hot-press Sintering Furnace

The DXSF-1200 vacuum hot-pressing sintering furnace has an advanced and reasonable structural design. The furnace body is made of all stainless steel, and the surface is brushed. It is beautiful and elegant. The electrical components are from well-known domestic and foreign brands. It is fully automated program controlled. Our company develops the control system software. The human-machine interface operating system has a friendly screen, can add orders to the operation, and has a fast response speed. It can monitor the working conditions in the furnace in real time, and the system is stable and reliable. This equipment is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units and production enterprises to perform hot-pressing sintering of materials under vacuum, protective atmosphere conditions or air (the indenter and mold need to be replaced by SiC). Vertical structure, suitable for annealing, brazing, sintering and degassing of materials under vacuum, inert atmosphere and high temperature conditions. Main structure introduction:

 

The vacuum hot press furnace comprises a furnace body, a furnace cover, a heating and thermal insulation and temperature measurement system, a vacuum system, an inflation system, a water cooling system, a control system, and a pressurization system.
It is mainly used for vacuum sintering of transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics and other metals and alloy materials composed of refractory metals, as well as high-temperature sintering of ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride. It can also be used for powders and compacts lower than the melting point of the main components. The purpose of heat treatment at high temperature is to improve its strength through metallurgical bonding between particles.


Heating, insulation and temperature measurement system: The heating system uses domestic resistance wire to ensure temperature uniformity. The insulation material adopts domestic furnace material, which does not shed powder, has good insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction. It adopts thyristor temperature control and is equipped with PID function instrument and digital display. It has over-temperature sound and light alarm function. It can also be automatically controlled by PLC touch screen and retains historical data to facilitate the analysis of the sintering process.
Vacuum system: It consists of a mechanical pump, inflation valve, deflation valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge, bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket.
Inflating system: It is composed of various pipes and valves. It can be equipped with an explosion-proof system. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, it will automatically deflate. The inflation pipeline is equipped with a needle valve, and a flow meter can be optionally used to control the amount of inflation, which is used to meet the atmosphere requirements of argon and nitrogen for the sintering process.

1. 30-segment program temperature control intelligent PID adjustment;
2. It has over-temperature protection and burnout protection. The electric furnace heating circuit will automatically cut off when over-temperature or burnout occurs. (When the temperature exceeds 600 degrees or the thermocouple burns out, the AC relay on the main circuit will automatically disconnect, providing limited protection for the electric furnace. );

4. It has a power-off protection function, that is, when the furnace is powered on again after a power-off, the program does not start to rise from the initial temperature, but the furnace temperature starts to rise from the time of the power-off;
