Laser Vibrometer + Thin Film Cantilever Beam Test Fixture
The laser vibrometer combined with the Thin Film Piezoelectric Test (E31) allows the measurement of the piezoelectric coefficients (E31, D31 and E33) of piezoelectric films deposited on the cantilever.
