The laser vibrometer combined with the Thin Film Piezoelectric Test (E31) allows the measurement of the piezoelectric coefficients (E31, D31 and E33) of piezoelectric films deposited on the cantilever. Voltage applied to the piezoelectric film causes the substrate to bend in all directions. The displacement is measured by the laser test vibrometer at high speed.
