Superconducting Magnet Power Supply

This DXNT120-8-5Q power supply adopts the structure of pre-voltage regulation of the front-stage switching power supply and linear regulation of the latter stage, which combines the high efficiency of the switching power supply and the low ripple advantages of the linear power supply. The power supply adopts a modular design and can cover 100~1000A Application requirements, and the operations of all specifications adopt a unified interface format.

 

 

Features

 

  1. Automatically realize constant current and constant voltage control switching in control, especially suitable for superconducting magnets with large inductance;
  2. Automatically detect the access state of the output reversing switch. In the case of connecting the reversing switch, the user can directly set the negative current value, and the switch reversing is controlled internally according to the operating parameters to achieve positive and negative current bipolar output;
  3. The rate and constant current voltage of the magnet charging and discharging process can be set in sections, that is, from zero current to the target current value to be set, the current change rate and constant current voltage during charging and discharging in each interval can be set. independent settings;
  4. A four-quadrant mode of outputting positive and negative currents and positive and negative voltages (corresponding to the charging and discharging of the magnet) to realize the addition and subtraction of the magnet current;
  5. It can automatically detect magnet quench, and can also receive external quench signal;
  6. Perfect quench discharge control function, only need to connect the discharge resistance matched with the magnet between the corresponding terminals, and the resistance will be automatically connected to the loop to realize the discharge when the magnet quenches;
  7. The local control adopts a high-resolution 7-inch LCD touch screen display, and the interface adopts a menu-type design, which is easy to operate and easy to learn;
  1. The remote control interface USB, LAN can meet the needs of speed and distance;
  2. Support multiple power supplies in parallel to achieve current expansion, and each power supply can be controlled individually through the 485 bus;
  3. A variety of protection functions, considering the mains state, cooling state, and system working state, provide comprehensive protection, and directly display the fault state on the display screen, which is convenient for users to check the cause. The emergency stop button can turn off the power supply urgently in the face of emergencies, and the power supply will automatically connect the energy discharge circuit.
