Automatic Hall Effect Test System

The experimental results are automatically calculated by the software, and the bulk carrier concentration, surface carrier concentration, mobility, resistivity, Hall coefficient, magnetoresistance, etc. can be obtained at the same time.

 

The DX-300 Hall effect test system consists of an electromagnet, an electromagnet power supply, a high-precision constant current source, a high-precision voltmeter, a high-precision source meter, a matrix card, a Hall effect sample holder, a three-dimensional micro-probe station, a television microscope, a standard sample, and system software.

DXSBV-100

Electromagnet

1. The electromagnet is a double-yoke monotonic structure, placed upright, with a magnetic field in the vertical direction of the ground, a coil spacing greater than 95mm, a pole diameter of 100mm, and an adjustable magnetic field air gap range of 0~55mm;
2. A pair of pure iron pole heads are standard, and the diameter of the electromagnet pole head is 95mm. When the air gap is 20mm, the central magnetic field Hmax ≥ 1T;
3. The electromagnet adopts a natural cooling structure. When the pole spacing is 20mm and the magnetic field is 1T, the surface temperature rise of the coil is less than 40℃ after 30 minutes of continuous working time;
4. The electromagnet requires a DC power supply of 1.0KW; the electromagnet design resistance is about 9Ω, and the insulation resistance is better than 10MΩ.

The DX-300 electromagnetic fully automatic Hall effect test system is used to measure important parameters such as carrier concentration, mobility, resistivity, and Hall coefficient of semiconductor materials. The movable micro-probe station combined with a high-definition television microscope can test material parameters with very small electrodes according to customer needs.
