DXME-25C20 Pulse Magnetizer Machine

In order to meet the requirements of customers for the magnetization of the overall rotor of the product and the management of the product quality, our company specially introduces the following scheme.

The equipment in this scheme is composed of three parts: magnetizing power supply, aluminum alloy magnetizing and magnetic measuring workbench (built-in magnetizing fixture, magnetic flux meter) and water chiller. It is a complete set of online full inspection magnetizing equipment. It only needs to manually take and place parts. The equipment automatically completes the functions of magnetizing, magnetic flux measurement, judging whether the product is qualified or not, and can transmit the data to the production line MES through the Ethernet.
