Work process:
◆ Manually load powder into the mold;

◆ The electromagnetic coil is energized to orient the material powder. After the orientation reaches the maximum, the upper oil cylinder piston and the pressing oil cylinder piston pressurize the material powder from the upper and lower directions at the same time (the piston rod of the pressing oil cylinder moves up against the piston of the demoulding cylinder) until their respective limits. Technical proposal:
The magnetic field press includes a frame, electromagnetic coils '5' fixed at both ends of the frame, a double-rod upper oil cylinder '3' fixed at the upper part of the frame, and a lower oil cylinder fixed at the lower part of the frame. The upper oil cylinder '3' The upper end of the piston rod is provided with a limit adjustment nut '1';
The lower oil cylinder is a composite oil cylinder that is connected with the double-rod pressing oil cylinder 7 and the demoulding oil cylinder '10'. The upper end of the piston rod of the pressing oil cylinder '7' extends into the cavity of the demoulding oil cylinder '10'. The pressing oil cylinder '7 'The lower end of the piston rod is provided with a limit adjustment nut '9'.
The frame is composed of a yoke frame '4' and a base '6', and the electromagnetic coil is fixed on both sides of the yoke frame; the upper oil cylinder '3' is fixed on the upper part of the yoke frame through the end flange, and makes The piston rod passes through the hole opened on the magnetic yoke frame; the above structure is the same as that of the existing magnetic field press.
The pressing cylinder 7 and the demoulding cylinder '10' are connected and fixed through the flange at the end. The upper part of the demoulding cylinder '10'
The end is fixed to the lower end of the yoke frame through the flange, and its piston rod passes through the hole opened in the yoke frame.
Fixed retaining rings '2' and '8' are respectively fixed on the upper end of the upper cylinder '3' and the lower end of the pressing cylinder '7'. The limit retaining ring can better limit the limit adjustment nut.
In Figure 2, 'a' is the lower oil port of the pressing cylinder, 'b' is the upper oil port of the pressing cylinder, 'c' is the lower oil port of the demoulding cylinder, and 'd' is the upper oil port of the demoulding cylinder.
When the lower oil port 'a' of the pressing oil cylinder 7 receives oil (the oil ports 'b', 'c', and 'd' are all in the oil return state), the piston of the pressing oil cylinder drives its piston rod upward, and the piston rod of the pressing oil cylinder lifts to the piston of the demoulding cylinder '10' and drive it upward together to complete the pressing action;
When the piston rod of the pressing cylinder is limited, the piston and piston rod of the demoulding cylinder lose thrust and stop moving upward. When the piston rod of the demoulding cylinder needs to move upward again, the lower oil port 'c' of the demoulding cylinder is allowed to enter oil. (The oil port 'd' is in the oil return state), causing the piston and piston rod of the demoulding cylinder to move upward to complete the demoulding action;
During reset, oil is supplied to the upper oil port 'b' of the pressing cylinder and the upper oil port 'd' of the demoulding cylinder, and oil is returned to the lower oil port 'a' of the pressing cylinder and the lower oil port 'c' of the demoulding cylinder, thereby completing the process. Reset action.
The magnetic field press is mainly composed of three parts:
Electromagnet (main machine), hydraulic station, and electric control cabinet.
Control method:
After the three-phase alternating current is rectified through the electric control cabinet, the direct current (size is adjustable) is output to the electromagnet, so that the working pole surface generates the required magnetic field, and then the automatic mold filled with magnetic powder is saturated and oriented, and then in the orientation At the same time, the mold is pressed through the upper and lower cylinders, and the product can be taken out after pressure maintenance and demagnetization.
