Applications
For Magnetic Materials
Once manufactured and formed, various magnetic materials require processes such as magnetization, demagnetization, partial demagnetization, and magnetic measurement.
As market demands evolve, single-function magnetic processing and testing equipment are no longer sufficient; consequently, intelligent magnetization solutions have emerged to meet these needs.

For Home Appliance
These motors are widely used in the home appliance sector. As downstream finished products undergo continuous iteration and upgrades, requirements regarding motor performance, efficiency, and reliability across various market segments are steadily rising, leading to a year-over-year increase in the market share of DC motors.

For Automotive
Whether in internal combustion engine vehicles or in the rapidly growing sector of new energy vehicles, the use of electric motors is increasing quickly, driven by key factors such as the need to reduce vehicle weight and enhance safety, reliability, and comfort.

For Industrial
Applications in the industrial sector are extremely broad, spanning virtually every area of industry, aerospace, national defense, industrial and agricultural production, and daily life.
The recent issuance of national industrial energy-saving inspection mandates by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is continuously driving improvements in motor energy efficiency as well as the upgrading and replacement of existing equipment.

For Suspension
Levitation technology is applied to two common types of high-efficiency, energy-saving blowers: air-bearing blowers and magnetic-bearing blowers.
Air-bearing blowers: These blowers utilize aerodynamic principles; a high-speed rotating impeller draws in and accelerates gas to generate pressure and flow. As the impeller rotates, the viscosity of the air and Bernoulli's principle generate upward lift, allowing the rotor to levitate and spin.
Magnetic-bearing blowers: These blowers utilize magnetic principles to levitate the rotor in mid-air. The magnetic fields of the rotor and stator couple to generate torque and rotational force; by adjusting the strength and direction of the magnetic fields, the rotor's speed and direction of rotation can be controlled.
These blowers are widely used across various industrial sectors, including municipal wastewater treatment, textile printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, leather and paper manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and food processing, iron and steel production, cement manufacturing, fuel cells, aerospace, shipbuilding, and precision machinery.

For Electroacoustic
In electrodynamic electroacoustic devices—such as loudspeakers, microphones, and stereo headphones—the mutual conversion between electrical energy and acoustic energy requires a system capable of providing a constant magnetic field. This system is known as the magnetic circuit system, and the primary component within it is typically a permanent magnet.

Electronics and Other Applications
Electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, and laptops utilize large numbers of vibration motors, and various types of magnetic equipment are employed during their manufacturing processes.
Furthermore, various types of magnetic equipment are used in sectors including healthcare, instrumentation, marine engineering, aerospace, robotics, rail transportation, energy and power, specialized engineering machinery, and other fields.
