Flexible Rubber magnets can be processed into strips, rolls, sheets, blocks, rings and various complex shapes. Its surface can also be covered with PVC sheets, coated paper, double-sided tape, coated with UV oil, or color printed.
Isotropic flexible rubber magnets are mainly used in refrigerator magnets, car stickers, printed products, promotional supplies, etc. Anisotropic flexible rubber magnets have higher magnetism and are mainly used in micro motors, computers, laser printers, copiers, and magnetic toys. etc.
Features of Flexible Rubber Magnet
1. Rubber magnets not only have good magnetic properties, but also have the characteristics of softness, strong plasticity, good temperature resistance, good oil resistance, and good corrosion resistance.

Rubber Magnet Sheet
Flexible Magnetic Sheeting is produced with a calendering process. It is normally used in office appliances, advertising, checking and testing meters, etc. According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization.(pole width 2,4,7mm or 12,7/6.4/3.6 poles per inch).

Material Thickness of rubber magnet sheet
The popular thickness range of flexible magnet material is 0.4-1.5mm, but thicker material is available in high energy. The thicker the material the greater the pull. It is not in direct proportion, but the thicker the material the greater the pull increase. E.g., 0.75 mm thick material has a pull of 44 grams/cm2 and if proportional the 1.5mm thick material would be 88 grams/cm2, but in fact it is actually far higher at 140 grams/cm2.

Rubber Magnet Strip
Flexible Magnetic Strips and Custom Profiles are thermoplastic permanent magnetic Extrusions. It can provide superior holding power and is widely used in stationery, household appliances, and water-tight appliances. 2. Extruded strip magnet-flat profile(adhesive backed) magnet to magnet applications
The 12.5mm extrusion Mag "A" and Mag "B" allows perfect alignment or mating between profiles
The two separate 12.5mm Mag "A" will perfectly align/mate to the 2.5m Mag "B" profile
The Magnet-to-magnet applications are most useful for fixing of posters and graphics in display systems. In addition to Mag "A"/Mag"B", other types of self-aligning systems can be manufactured on request.
3. Extruded strip magnet-flat profile(adhesive backed)magnet to steel application/used in window screen
Satin white steel strip comes in 30metre rolls. It is extremely useful for work in magnet systems where there is no convenient steel/ferrous mating surface. As magnet to steel adhesion does not perfectly align/mate steel strip can be very useful to mount posters etc. on out-of-square frames.
